Evelyn Felt, Broker-Associate, has been with Ideal since 1987. She has achieved the GRI and CRS designations. Evelyn was named "Realtor of the Year" for 2003 by the Adams, Jay, Wells Board of Realtors. Allen has served the community as Past-President of the Heritage Lions Club, is a recipient of the Melvin Jones award, an active member of St. John Lutheran Church, Monroeville, Indiana. Allen is Past President of Adams, Jay, Wells Board of Realtors. He is also on the Board of Directors of East Allen Co. Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Steven J. Kreigh has been associated with Ideal since 1972. As a certified Residential Broker (CRB) he heads the marketing for Ideal Realtors. He has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors, and specializes in Commercial and Investment Real Estate Sales. Steve is also a Certified General Appraiser and the owner of Steven J. Kreigh Enterprises, an appraisal business.

Mark Bixler has been in the Real Estate business since 1982 with expertisein both new home construction and residential sales. Mark has been oneof the top producers in this field for many years. He has obtained his GRI designation at Notre Dame University and has attended Vincennes University and Indiana University majoring in Marketing.

Nora is a licensed Real Estate broker for both new homes and existing homes. Her work includes the marketing of new and existing homes by listing homes for sale, handling the advertising plans, scheduling and conducting open houses as well as showing homes to prospective purchasers. She works closely with clients building new homes, from getting their plan ready for building to being there right through the final completion on their new home. Nora has been with Ideal for over 20 years.

Max Bressler, Broker Associate, has had his Real Estate credentials for over 30 years and his Broker license since 1997. Max has over 37 years of new construction experience while associated with one of the Nations leading System Built Home Companies from which he retired.
